Responsible AI and the 4th Stakeholder
We are at an inflection point with artificial intelligence. The technology is moving faster than our guardrails, and the companies that win will be the ones that build AI responsibly from the start. My current speaking focus is on how to build responsible AI companies and products that adhere to 4th Stakeholder principles—serving customers, employees, shareholders, and society at the same time.
The conversation is urgent and practical. I cover questions like:
How do you embed ethics, transparency, and accountability into AI product development?
What does responsible AI look like when the fourth stakeholder—society—is part of the equation?
How do you avoid the unintended consequences of AI while still driving innovation?
What governance and operating mechanisms help teams make better AI decisions?
How do you balance speed, profit, and societal impact without sacrificing any of them?
